FINANCING

Financing Your New Home
We will assist you in arranging financing with little or no down payment and we will pay the closing costs up to 4.5 %. You may also be able to include the price of the land or pay off your existing land balance with the home loan. We are approved builders for FHA, VA, Rural Development and conventional loans. There are also some good loan programs available for first time buyers.

How Many Years?
  • 15, 20 or 30 years
Down Payment
  • NO DOWN PAYMENT to qualified land owners (with your land paid for). If there is an amount owed on your land, we may be able to include it in your home loan.
Closing Costs
  • All closing costs are included in the price of your home, however, there may be some misc. charges at closing (insurance, taxes etc.) which you will need to pay.
Interest Rates
  • Interest rates are subject to change, however, once your home is complete the rate is fixed for the life of the loan. We can also arrange a variable rate loan if you choose.
What about my credit?
  • Your credit needs to be good to qualify for the lowest rates. We want to help everyone. There are several financing plans available even if your credit is not the best.
Example:
  • At the time of this writing (May 2007) a 6% fixed rate 30 year mortgage in the amount of $130,000.00 would result in payments of about $780.00 per month. (Actual rate is locked at time of home completion.) Taxes and insurance are not included in this amount, but can be paid separately or added to your payment.
