A. Joe Williams Homes has been a trusted name in the home building business since 1972. We have continued to improve the quality and value of our homes through the years.
Q. What size homes do you build?
A. We have several floor plans from 1400 to 1850 sq. feet, or we will be happy to give you a price on your plan.
Q. I have a plan I like. Can you build it?
A. We will be happy to price your home plan, or we can design a home to meet your requirements.
Q. Where do you build?
A. We serve Coweta, Troup, Meriwether, and Heard counties. Please call us for information about other areas.
Q. Can I choose my colors and make some changes?
A. We want your new home to be the way you want it. You choose light fixtures, floor coverings, siding, roofing, cabinets, etc. Also, we can make some changes in our plans to better meet your needs.
Q. Will my home be completely finished?
A. Upon completion, we will give you the keys to a finished home with the carpets vacummed, all painting complete, screens on windows and all systems in proper working order.
Q. Can I have a basement?
A. Yes. A basement can be included at a cost of about $15.00 per square foot which includes a concrete floor and walls, 2 windows, a door, a few lights and electrical outlets. We will also install plumbing for a future bath.
Q. Do you guarantee your work?
A. We sure do. You will have a written warranty to cover most items for the first year. We can also provide a ten year warranty at an additional cost.
Q. Can you finance our new home?
A. We will arrange financing that best suits your needs. There is usually little or no down payment if your land is paid for. Click here for more information.
Q. How long will it take to build my home?
A. Usually about four months after permit is issued.
Q. Can I visit my home while it is being constructed?
A.YES! We want you to see all the building process from start to finish. Unlike some other builders, we only build pre sold homes on the owners land. We will communicate with you throughout construction because we want you to be very pleased with your new home.
